Some new developments (eg Stockingwell Wood) were sold off plans with promises for playgrounds or planted green space which were subsequently scrapped. Can we enter a provision in our development plan to insist that all new developments have some landscaped spaces?

" That the Council liaise with the relevant authority to mark Rathfarnham on exit 12 from the M50, alongside Knocklyon. At the moment, it is marked on the Dundrum exit which is actually a longer distance from Rathfarnham."
