"That this Tallaght Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to carry out an immediate survey of Trees in the 30 acres Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght, with a view to organising a Programme of Tree pruning and other actions in respect of the Trees which according to many in the community requires such attention and in responding to the motion, will the Chief Executive particularly note the need to deal with the over hanging Trees which are encroaching on houses in Bancroft Avenue and Bancroft Crescent and creating danger and concern for local residents."

"That this committee asks the Chief Executive to write to the owner of the lane that runs between Chaplains Place and the Old Rowlagh Credit Union and ask them to clean it on  a regular basis. This lane is a route to the local Crèche and is often littered with dangerous material including discarded drug paraphernalia and broken glass."

"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on Bohernabreena Cemetery regarding the following - Total Graves/Plots - Total Graves not yet opened. Please break the figures down between the old part of the cemetery and the new.  Also how many plots have been booked/sold in the Old Cemetery which have not been opened?  Also is there any way that plots sold in the middle of the last century, not used can be brought back in under the control of the Council?  Or are they to be left idle forever?  Also based on the available plots left, how many years/months is left before these are all taken?"

"That this committee is very concerned that ''Quarryvale Family Resource Centre'' is in huge danger of closing by September 2018 unless core staff wages costs and basic overhead costs including rent can be fully funded"  and write to the Minister of Children and Tulsa to express our concerns at a service like this in a very disadvantaged area being at such danger of closing. We fully support the work of this Centre."
