"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on who owns or is responsible for the no mans land at the back of the houses between Brookview Court and Brookview Rise.  This piece of land has been used for constant illegal dumping and anti-social behaviour over the years.  With this report, if found to be Council owned can the Chief Executive look into the possibility of this land being cleared of all illegal dumping and the ownership of the land given over to NABCO?"
