QUESTION: Councillor B. Ferron

"To ask the Chief Executive when lighting upgrades might take place in the Maelruan's Estate?"

REPLY:

"This work will commence before the end of this month.

Please note that the installation will be carried out in two phases. Once the initial upgrade is complete, an assessment will be made regarding its overall performance given that the pole locations are predetermined and are on existing widely spaced ESBN poles.

At that point, some additions may be made to the existing lighting, if and where deemed appropriate."
