That this Council Committee calls on the Manager to give a report on the Housing Sales Scheme to tenants and how this scheme is being currently run and if the scheme is being affected by the difficulty in accessing banking loans during current finance liquidity difficulties.
That this Council Committee calls on the Manager to give an updated report in relation to the ongoing problems on the wastelands between Kilmartin Estate and the Ring Road and the discussions held in relation to proposals and if any decisions have been made to resolve the difficulties highlighted previously in this area.
