That this Council Committee calls on the Manager to give a report on the Housing Sales Scheme to tenants and how this scheme is being currently run and if the scheme is being affected by the difficulty in accessing banking loans during current  finance liquidity difficulties.

"To ask the Manager what additional measures have been taken in terms of the cleansing and unblocking of road gullies that have become blocked due to falling leaves - the Greenhills area, most especially, which houses a substantially aged population is particularly bad and given the age profile of residents can prove extremely hazardous both on roads and footpaths?"
