This Committee calls on the Manager, in view of the crisis facing many of those involved in the construction industry and in view of the public monies involved,  to confirm if there  is sufficient safeguards in place to monitor contractors, sub contractors and sub contractors of sub contractors, employed in public housing projects schemes  in the County area,  that they are tax compliant,pension compliant and also compliant with the industries, registered employment agreement.
