"That this Committee calls on the manager to arrange for an intensive "clean-up" of the area of land between Kilmartin Estate (Fettercairn) and the boundary wall at the new Outer Ring Road as this area has been the subject of severe illegal dumping and has had an extremely negative impact on the environmental health and aesthetics of the area".
That this Committee noting the prominence of the graffiti problem in the IBAL report on Tallaght requests Environmental Services to consult with local Gardai on the option of prosecuting the persons responsible for this "new-litter" problem.
