To ask the Chief Executive for a report on any modular built construction methods used by SDCC for housing delivery in recent years or currently, if such methods may deliver efficiencies in the opinion of Council management, and if a statement can be provided?
That the Manager adds some lights around the walking path in Woodstown park, in particular around the back area where it is very very dark during winter evenings.
That the Manager investigates the footpath repairs at the laneway leading into the Knocklyon Close estate. The new path leading onto the laneway is uneven, poorly finished and is a slip and trip hazard for local residents. This is another example of below standard footpath repairs in the area and I would appreciate a statement from the management in relation to when these works will be recitified. Please see photos attached.
That the Manager reports on the outstanding planning issues in relation to the Ballyboden Primary Care Centre. It was only temporarily open over Christmas and there was traffic chaos in the area due to the fact that the necessary double yellow lines haven't been completed - both outside the centre and at the entrance to the neighbouring Moyville Estate. Also, promised works to cut back overgrowth at the site still haven't been carried out, creating a danger for motorists in the area.

The Clondalkin Equine Club is a wonderful facility in our community that promotes good animal welfare practice, engagement with marginalised young people, working on the issue of urban horses at a local/national level and horses as a therapeutic and education support. This Committee agrees that the Council provide assistance at board level with the skill set that will enhance the Club as they engage with different stakeholders in order to access multiple funding streams

To ask the Chief Executive to outline clearly what this Council's tenancy agreement / position is, with respect to responsibility for the maintenance of Council owned property garden boundary walls, side gates and fences - And how does this compare to all the other Dublin local authorities?
GI Strategic Theme-Recreation and Amenity (Human Health and Wellbeing); CE Report p.445; SD-C195-154 To reject the proposal to amend text relating to allotments (page 150 of Draft Plan) from 'Friarstown in Bohernabreena' to 'Friarstown in Tallaght'. To read: 'Friarstown in Bohernabreena' as per the original draft. Reason: The area is in the postal area of Bohernabreena and is physically located in Bohernabreena, off Bohernabreena Hill and adjacent to Bohernabreena Parish Church (St Anne's). The proposed change is unnecessary and confusing. Submitted by Cllr Alan Edge and Cllr Emma Murphy
