To ask Chief Executive if a list of all AHB's/Housing Agencies in the area can be provided and placed on council's website linked into relevant organisations.
To ask Chief Executive to map out where all the bike parks are located in the Lucan area, to include how many we have in the area, and what plans are in the new canal loop to introduce new ones and where?
This committee requests the Chief Executive to examine how best we can improve the lighting at bus stops and bus shelters. Bus shelters in other areas are noticeably lit up with much stronger lighting, bus shelters around the Lucan area remain in darkness with poor lighting installed.
To ask Chief Executive if the process for hiring the new sports facilities in the Adamstown is available to all. To ask the manager to clarify if the system for the new club facilities will be similar to the existing allocation process for pitches etc.
This committee requests that Chief Executive agrees to support and assist a newly formed committee in the Adamstown area. It is hope that a community developer officer will join others in helping the residents with the setting up PPN, community grants etc.
To ask the Chief Executive to set out the timeline for construction of the Balgaddy Part 8, the parameters for the proposed community centre and the plans for the segment of Lynch's Lane beside the site.
