"To ask the Manager what action he is proposing to take on foot of complaints from the Marlfield Residents Association concerning the problem of littering within their Estate and given the clear commitments given by South Dublin County Council to this Association and the fact that a Property Management Company is in place, paid out of contributions from local residents, if further action can be taken by South Dublin County Council against those who are involved in constant littering and failing to meet their obligations in terms of maintaining the Estate and keeping the very high standard of cleanliness etc., in this area and if he will make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager what action he intends to take to address the safety concerns of residents in the Old Bawn area and other parts of Tallaght who use the Sean Walsh Park on a regular basis, if consideration has been given to the introduction of a CCTV system in the Park as a means of deterring criminal elements, if the Council are in a position to appoint additional rangers to work in tandem with the local Gardai so as to give additional security to those who use the park, and if could set out the total number of instances relating to anti-social behaviour/crime in the park in recent months, and if he will make a statement on the matter?"

To ask the Manager to state the total number of complaints put to the Planning Department for the years 2003, 2004 and 2005, in respect of planning irregularities from the members of the public, to state the success rate of South Dublin County Council in terms of successfully taking a legal action against those who were involved in building a structure which was not in compliance with the original planning permission obtained, to state the total number of personnel within the Enforcement Section employed in each of the past three years and if he will make a statement on the matter?

To ask the Manager to name the housing estates within the functional area of South Dublin County Council which have still to be taken in charge by this Local Authority, despite the fact that there is a 12 year waiting time between now and the time when the original planning permission authorising the development took place, if the estates in question could be set out in terms of the five local electoral areas within South Dublin County Council and if he will make a statement on the matter?
