CHANGES IN SPC MEMBERSHIP - FOR APPROVAL
Council policy in placing ramps states that they have to be placed kerb to kerb under public lighting, therefore this committee agrees to cut back the tree outside 7 Greenfort Avenue, that is blocking the public lighting (see photo attached) and further agrees to place a ramp at this location as requested by residents.
That the manager now extends the yellow junction box in line with the path on either side at the entrance to Sarsfield Park, Lucan (continuously highlighted by residents) and raised on 20/10/21 and subsequently agreed at Traffic Management meeting in Nov 2022 (Members Rep ID - 1679354).
That this committee ask the Chief Executive to investigate the walkway at the back of Grangeview Clondalkin which is used by locals to gain access to footpath, to bus stop, canal walk, main road and to access Grangecastle Business Park. It's not a proper walkway and has become a littering black spot for household rubbish. Could a pathway be established here? Cllr Ken Egan

"To ask the manager following up on my question - "To ask the Manager can instruction be sent to the owner to reinstate the wall at the old gate entrance to Katherine Tynan House?" and "can I get an update on when works will commence?"
To ask the CEO to examine the paths and road from 38 to 78 St. Finian's Avenue where there are Council age friendly houses, and cul-de sacs, to see if it might be feasible to improve the surfaces of the road/footpath, to make them more age friendly and assessible for wheelchair users or those with rollators etc., for e.g. with shared surfaces or lowered kerbs, and to make a statement on the matter.
Can Manager comment on whether there there any contractual obligations that limit the Council's ability to ensure best practice by all sub contractors in terms of stopping the use of glyphosate?
Can management confirm that any alternative being used by them, or by contractors is not having the same detrimental impact on the environment as glyphosate?
To ask the Manager to make a statement on whether the Council or its contractors are using Round Up or other glyphosates to kill weeds?
To ask the Minister for Health and the Government to ensure that the "3 Day Wait" period be retained in the Termination of Pregnancy Act and that promises made by the Government, during the 2018 Referendum to Repeal the Eighth Amendment, not to be reneged on now.
That the manager install lights at the back of boomers pub - dirty needles have been found, men urinating, drinking in broad day light, amongst other asb issues at woodford green at the back of Boomers Pub
