That the Council carry out a survey of the Back Lane network in Palmerstown with a view to securing them in such a manner that they will no longer be available for illegal dumping and/or for unsocial activities as the present situation is a source of ongoing and severe trauma for adjacent residents as well as a drain on scarce Council and Garda resources and frustrating for the whole community.

That the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee is concerned about ongoing problems with illegal parking in and around Lucan Village, including parking on footpaths and double yellow lines, and about apparent lack of co-ordination between the agency responsible for the implementation of the Council's Pay Parking Scheme and the the Traffic Warden Service, and requests the Roads Department to meet with An Garda Siochana in regard to the enforcement of parking regulations by the Traffic Warden service.
