That this Council draw up urgent and long term contingency plans to combat the likelihood of the stacking of HGV trucks when the Dublin City ban on HGV's is enforced in January 2007 from 7am to 7pm. Local residential estates & roads in areas of Palmerstown, Lucan, Clondalkin are most likely to be effected as they border the two local authorities.
