"That the Manager give a report on the situation in relation to the overgrown trees in the gardens in Orwell Park Drive which are overshadowing the gardens at No. 24 The Avenue, Cypress Drive and are of such a height that they appear dangerous and advise on what action the Council can take to encourage the owners of the trees to fell them in the interests of their neighbours."
