That the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee is concerned that the exclusion of landscape gardeners and other garden contractors from the Esker Green Re-cycling Centre may inhibit  environmentally friendly disposal of garden waste in the area and lead to illegal disposal of such waste, and asks the Manager for an up-to-date report on the Council's approach to encouraging re-cycling of green waste by conractors operating in the area.

That the Manager would report in detail on what works are scheduled, including time-scales for these works, to make all footpaths accessible for wheelchair users, disabled residents, senior citizens and parents pushing buggies. The dishing of all footpaths, which should have been carried out at construction stage, is now long overdue and is compromising the safety of many people, particularly Local Resident of Balgaddy.
