"That the Manager give a report on the open space at the entrance to Park Avenue Grange Road (opposite the houses on Park Avenue).  The bollards there are attracting large groups of teenage drinkers every weekend and the residents are suffering from Sunday morning excesses of anti-social behaviour - graffiti, cars damaged, broken bottles and shouting and loud noises.  Could you please examine this area to see what needs to be done - landscaping, planting and/or other work that would restore peace and quite in the area. "

To ask the manager to report on the effectiveness of the Enforcement Function within the various SDCC Departments, detailing the number of cases investigated and their outcomes for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006, such report to include the number of resources deployed in enforcement activity by department / function, the performance measurement employed and would he make a statement on the matter in light of the impact of the constraints in employing additional staff.
