To ask the Manager to determine the ownership of the strip of wooded land running alongside Lucan Road at the rear of the houses in Esker Lawns towards
To ask the Manager to report further on works pending, including time-scales for these works, on the restoration of footpaths in Lucan Village following my earlier representations. These footpaths, many of which are now in dangerous state of repair, are presenting a safety threat to Local Residents who use Lucan Village. A number of accidents have been reported to me where residents have tripped on broken and dislodged slabs, including Tuesday 4th April 2006, where it was reported to me that a resident who is heavily pregnant, tripped and was taken to hospital.

To ask the Manager to contact the Garda Commissioner congratulating him on the success of the pilot Automatic External Defibrillator schemes he is currently running and requesting that he extends the scheme to include the Lucan, Clondalkin and Palmerstown areas.
To ask the Manager to report in detail on the results of the Motion I tabled and which was passed at the last Road's Department Meeting of the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee, requesting the Manager to review the installation of noise attenuation measures as part of the Outer Ring Road. In a number of places on the Outer Ring Road there is a lack of such measures that is causing considerable upset in the Local Community in Lucan.

To ask the Manager, in light of the extension of the penalty points scheme to agree to make appropriate alterations to road markings in the Lucan, Palmerstown and Clondalkin area where hatched lines are used for lane reduction. With specific reference to the Woodies junction and the slip road at the Foxhunter where the current hatched lines would serve to greatly impede the flow of traffic.
