To ask the Manager if he will request the County Arts Officer, in consultation with the Community Department and the Management Committee of Balllyowen Castle Community Centre, to examine the potential  of one of the two available large rooms in the Centre being used as a permanent Art Exhibition Room, where the work of visual artists in the County could be displayed on an ongoing basis, serving effectively as an Art Gallery, to complement the valuable work of the staff of Lucan Library in facilitating artsts in holding short duration Art Exhibitions?
