To ask the Manager to report in detail on all stages of the House Purchase Application process i.e. from the time the initial application is made to the completion of the purchase process, and what is a the time-scale for such a typical case from beginning to end. Some Residents are concerned at the inordinate time this process takes, including the resolution of the legal aspects of the process.

That the Manager would present a detailed report for discussion on delays involved and the time-scale for the actual opening of the Lucan Skate Park. Many young people and parents are very anxious that the Skate Park be opened as soon as possible given that the substantive works have been completed for some considerable time.
That the Manager would outline in detail the circumstances surrounding the delays in the taking-in-charge of the open space adjacent to and overlooking Brookvale Estate, Lucan, particularly given that Brookvale Estate has been occupied by Residents for more than ten years.
To ask the Manager to agree to write to the Dublin Fire Services seeking a report on the consequences for the Fire Authorities of the increased traffic congestion on our roads in the Lucan, Clondalkin and Palmerstown areas.
To ask the Manager to present a detailed report of the planning history of the developments at Esker Place, Esker Lawns, Lucan. Would the Manager please include details of his intentions following works carried out this week up to and including today, Thursday 7th September 2006.
To ask the Manager to agree to write to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to ask the Minister what new plans he will introduce to resolve the growing Anti-Social Behaviour issues throughout the communities in Lucan, Clondalkin and Palmerstown.
To ask the Manager to report in detail on all planning and enforcement issues in the last twelve months relating to Weston Aerodrome, Lucan.
To ask the Manager to report in detail on efforts being made to introduce park and ride facilities in the Lucan, Clondalkin and Palmerstown areas that may be of great assistance in removing car traffic from our roads, particularly at peak traffic times, given the increasing and chronic traffic gridlock on our roads?
That the Manager would agree to contact Dublin Bus as a matter of great urgency, for a full and detailed report of what improved routes, and schedules are planned in the immediate future to serve the Lucan, Clondalkin and Palmerstown areas, including Adamstown, to provide residents with more transport options given the chronic and increasing traffic congestion being experienced on our roads on a daily basis as a result of being a car dependent society.
