1.  That the proposed grey galvanized railings be spray painted black before installation.

2.  That the finished surface of the stone wall and pillars be black limestone  - similar to what was previously there.

3.  That benches be provided in the open space - similar to those provided in Glendown Park  - for the convenience of the residents.
