“To ask the Manager to investigate the retention in full of the Moyville Lawns Open Space with no infringement. All hedges, trees, etc. to be retained, with further planting of evergreen trees (badly needed to screen off the view of the car park from Moyville Lawns). The corner of the Open Space which adjoins the car park at the entrance to the shopping complex on the Moyville Lawns side needs to be fenced to eliminate unauthorised entry at this point and to discourage anti-social behaviour. Replanting of the hedge here is also required?”
