That the Manager would present a detailed report for discussion on the new regulations governing the disposal of plastic bottles in the Green Bin.  In addition would the Manager include details regarding the removal of Plastic Bottle Bank Containers, on the Newcastle Road, Lucan, including details of signage, public notices etc., notifying the public of these changes, and what specific items can and cannot be included in the Green Bin owing to the possible lack of information in the public domain in the light of an inordinate number of representations made to me on this very important matter.
