To ask the Manager to report on the Street-Cleaning Service, particularly in the South Lucan area? Many residents have reported to me the unsatisfactory state of our roads over the New Year period, including on Griffeen Avenue and Griffeen Road, and in estates off Griffeen Avenue and Griffeen Road.

To ask the Manager to write to the National Roads Authority for an update as to when the Newlands Cross upgrade will take place?
To ask the Manager to report on the grass-cutting schedule for Griffeen Valley Regional Park, Lucan. This Committee appreciates the value of our Regional Park in Lucan, but residents have requested that the grass be cut more regularly and that appropriate care be given to ensure that all areas of grass are cut to the highest possible standards.
To ask the Manager if he will report on actions implemented by the Environmental Services Department to notify households in Lucan of the Waste Management Bye-Laws, particularly in regard to the presentation of household waste and household materials for re-cycling, and if he will confirm that the practice of issuing fines for alleged improper presentation of household bins remains suspended, and if he can confirm that councillors will be advised in advance of any decisions to renew monitoring of household bins and the issuing of fines?
