To ask the Manager to ensure that the fruit trees on Council owned land (formerly Humphreys Orchard adjacent to Grange Castle Golf Club and Baldonnel House, Clondalkin) are nurtured and harvested this year either by South Dublin County Council staff or a third party?

"To ask the Manager to put a wheel chair accesible ramp on Ballycullen Drive opposite the ramp at Firhouse Community Centre to allow access to the Centre?"

That this Council Committee, concerned at the level of illegal dumping at the rear of Kilmartin Avenue and Drive towards Roadstone, the ongoing problems with anti social behaviour, the condition of the laneway, the fire remains and glass on many of the green spaces, notes the delay in supplying the residents with bags and pickers for a clean up and agrees to call on the Manager to organise an onsite meeting in the area.
To ask the Manager to report on my continued representations on behalf of local residents who are experiencing increased frustrations owing to traffic delays emanating from the Outer Ring Road, and will the Manager report on what plans he has in relation to sections of the Outer Ring Road that have bus lanes but where there are no buses using these sections of bus lanes?
To ask the Manager for an up-to-date report on my earlier representations to have the footpaths up-graded in Palmerstown in the vicinity of Robin Villas?

To ask the Manager how many unfinished developments there are in the Lucan EA and what steps the council are taking to ensure the completion of these developments?
To ask the Manager for an update on discussions with Palmerstown Rangers FC on the granting of a lease with respect to facilities at Mill Lane, Palmerstown and to advise when the matter will be brought before the elected members for approval?
To ask the Manager what steps are being taken to enhance Lucan Demesne and the Liffey Valley landscapes as an environmental amenity for the public?
To ask the Manager to examine any street naming and numbering schemes, agreed as part of planning compliance, applying to the relevant parts of both the Ballydowd Manor and Esker Woods developments in Lucan for the purposes of investigating how two nearby rows of houses, one in each development, ended up each being named Willsbrook Road with a small number of houses in both rows sharing common house numbers resulting in the regular incorrect delivery of post to the serious nuisance of residents; and to further ask if the Manager would consult with the small number of affected residents, with an Post and with the Corporate Services Department’s (who maintain the Electoral Register and list of addresses) to seek to identify an appropriate resolution to this matter?
To ask the Manager if he can provide an updated report on the disposal by the Council to the Department of Education and Skills of a site for a second level schools, as agreed at a recent Council meeting, and if he can advise when the legal process of disposing the land will be completed?
To ask the Manager for an update on the taking–in-charge of the large grass verge to the east of the access road linking Rossberry, Tullyhall and Hayden's Park Estates to Griffeen Avenue, Lucan?
To ask the Manager for an update on ongoing planning enforcement proceedings relating to No. 23A Oldbridge Park, Lucan?
To ask the Manager if he can provide a report on the number of community facilities/centres (such as Ballyowen Castle Community Centre) which have become available to the Council, under lease or license, in the Lucan Electoral Area since 2005, as a result of conditions included in Planning Permissions for commercial and residential developments, and if he can give an indication of the amount of money expended by South Dublin County Council in fitting out/furnishing these facilities after they had been handed over by the developers?
To ask the Manager, further to my previous representations, to update on proposals to install ‘interceptor drains‘ to prevent water-run off during times of heavy rain at both:
- The large green area at Abbeywood Estate, Lucan;
- The park between Ballyowen Lane and Mount Andrew Estate, Lucan (along the boundary with Ballyowen Lane)?
To ask the Manager to advise on a firm and accurate start date for works at the Hillcrest Road/Newcastle Road junction and to make available a plan of the proposed associated pedestrian safety works to be implemented between this junction and the Superquinn roundabout including the position of pedestrian crossings, guard-railings etc?
To compliment the Manager and staff for the good work carried out recently at the laneway between Palmerstown Avenue and the N4 and that he arrange a date for the site meeting (as per my motion at the December meeting) so that members and staff can jointly determine how this area can be restored to a state commensurate with the fact that it bounds a residential area?
