"That this Committee discusses with the aid of an up to date report
(a)the open spaces taking in charge issue at Stonepark/Longwood and to give a full report on all open space areas and

"That this Committee discusses bus stop issue adjacent to The Heath Prospect downs taking into considerations views of Prospect Manor residents as voted on at recent AGM i.e. to provide footpath from bus stop to existing entrance at the Heath and to delete proposed new entrance - noting provision of footpath would not endanger large tree adjacent. Also to report on meeting requested by this council with Bus Atha Cliath on this issue."

That this Council opposes the processing of any planning applications by developers on land with a valuation from £5M., and which are subject to possible purchase by the National Asset Management Agency. Additionally, we urge the Minister for the Environment, Mr. Gormley to act to prevent any abuse by developers to inflate the value of their sites in advance of being purchased on behalf of the tax-payer.
