PROPOSED INITIATION OF PROCEDURE TO EXTINGUISH THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY OVER LANEWAY TO SIDE OF 2 BEECHFIELD CLOSE AND TO REAR OF 2-18 (even) BEECHFIELD CLOSE, DUBLIN 12.  MAP REF: RE 1036

A Petition has been received from Residents of Beechfield Close and Wellington Court requesting the closure of the laneway to side of No 2 Beechfield Close and to rear of 2-18 Beechfield Close, Dublin 12 due to anti-social behaviour.  It is proposed to affect the closure by means of the erection of a gate to the side of No 2 Beechfield Close and the construction of a wall to the rear of No 18 Beechfield Close. 

If the Committeeagree, the Procedure to Extinguish the Public Right of Way as listed above will be initiated.
