That a report be brought to this Committee regarding house at entrance to St. Patrick's Road, Clondalkin. This house is vacant from the time it was built.  In view of the problem over ownership of a section of the garden, could South Dublin County Council reduce the garden size to exclude the disputed section, to allow for sale of the house under the conditions agreed before the house was built.
