To ask the Manager if there are any actions the Council can take to persuade Castlethorn Construction to build the School/Community Hall beside Adamstown Community College, and if he will make a statement on the matter?

That this Committee acknowledges the difficulties experienced by residents of Palmerstown Avenue, particularly at the lower end of the Avenue, whose houses back onto the laneway adjacent to the main N4 road, including graffiti, illegal dumping, litter, and other anti-social behaviour and requests information on what measures have the Council taken to address these problems, including improving the treatment of the boundary between the laneway and the N4, down to the Oval exit onto the main road, and for a comprehensive report on addressing problems which have persisted over many years.

To ask the Manager if he will advise the Committee on the current status of the proposal to have a school times restriction on HGVs on the Newcastle Road, Lucan?
That this Committee calls on the incoming Minister for Education to expedite the long-awaited extension to Scoil Mhuire Girls NS in Lucan.
That this Committee requests the Manager, in light of the ongoing efforts to promote inclusion, LGBT rights and awareness of gay history by this Council, particularly through the County Library, to investigate the potential for further events in the Tallaght area, either as part of the upcoming Dublin Pride festival or as separate events, and to make a statement on the matter.
