5. If the fee in 4. is €50 when was this fee set, and was it approved by Councillors at a Council meeting?
6. What was the fee for a second visitor's permit when the Lucan Village Pay Parking Scheme was firs introduced?

That this Committee calls for help to be given to Foxborough Maintenance Association with regard to tackling a problematic area located between the green space at Foxborough Road and the Outer-Ring Road. That the Association will be met, the area examined and that a collaborative approach involving the Association, our Environmental Services Department and our Park's Department is agreed. The aim of this will be that the area can be maintained free from litter, graffiti, anti-social behaviour and illegal activity.
To ask the Manager for a report on the two houses (address supplied) that have had their roofs removed and if they are protected under the heritage of the area and what discussions the Council have had in relation to them and what steps have been taken to preserve/restore them given that they are possibly several hundred years old?

To ask the Manager if there has been any discussions between Esker Educate Together NS/The Department of Education and Skills, the Adamstown Developer and the Council on a temporary site for non-permanent buildings in the Adamstown SDZ area for Esker Educate Together NS, and if agreement is reached in regard to making a site available for a limited period, what Planning Permission procedures will apply and if he will make a statement on the matter?
To compliment the Heritage Officer, the Park's Department Staff and all those involved in the recent BioBlitz in Waterstown Park and to ask the Manager if he will provide a report, in non specialist terms, of the numbers of species observed under various headings such as birds, fresh water animals and fish, animals, insects, flowers and plants etc., and to ask if the Council might co-operate with Fingal County Council and Kildare County Council in having a biodiversity audit done on Lucan Demesne/St. Catherine's Park?
