To ask the manager to clarify if there were / are any data protection issues with the transfer of customers’ information to Greyhound Waste. Currently Data Protection are probing if there is any unlawful activity with the transfer of the data on DCC?
That this Council condemn Greyhound Waste Services for the disregard and disrespect shown to Elected Reps and the Public by their non-attendance at the scheduled meeeting of 26th Jan last. That they are again requested to attend this Chamber to respond to members serious concerns re the provision of a competent Waste Service in this County
"To ask the Manager if there were any litter fines served to people who were dumping garden waste at the Christmas tree recycling area at the Car park at Cherryfield (off the link road between Firhouse Road and Spawell Roundabout). There is CCTV in this area and could be used against people dumping?"
"To ask the Manager could the pedestrian barrier at the start of the Knocklyon Road near houses 65/66 Knocklyon Road be moved nearer the road to stop cars mounting the kerrb and reinstated green strip there? If one steel bollard were included this would solve the problem?"
"To ask the Manager to have the derelict Smart Phone Box at Rathfarnham Village beside the carpark of the Sara Curran Pub removed?"

"That the Manager give a report on what works are to be done to repair damage at the Roman Arch on Dodder Park Road to include:-
- Removal of all graffiti from the Roman Arch.
- Removal of ivy from the Arch and adjoining wall and railings.
- Provision of CCTV to stop further damage from graffiti and damage by theft of lead from the roof.
- Provide a landscape area in front with flowers to enhance this important protected structure."

"That the Manager provide a footpath across the green area from opposite Knockcullen Drive to the Bus stop No.1153 on the Knocklyon Road. This is a natural permeability route for pedestrians from Knockcullen and Ashton estates to access their Bus stop."
To ask the Manager to provide a report on the ongoing efforts to secure funding for the two community safety forum worker posts in Clondalkin including representations made to the Minister for the Environment, Community & Local Government, Phil Hogan, T.D. and efforts to source alternative sources of funding from within the Council's own resources?
