To ask the Manager, further to the discussions on my motion at the March meeting, if the planning authority will agree to issue a warning letter to the owner/developer of the Hermitage Clinic regarding the provision of public access to lands along the River Liffey, handed over to South Dublin County Council as part of the Clinic development, in line with the requirements of the Council and the conditions of the Bord Pleanála decision PL 06S.128044, noting that it is currently not possible to access this land due to the configuration of the road system provided by the hospital and the standard of road and pedestrian access constructed?

To ask the Manger to outline the history and legal situation where cars are parked on the “hard kerb” between the footpath and the roadway in residential areas and to include the legislation or bye-law that makes it an offence now under the parking regulations of this County for residents in the Lucan Electoral Area to park in the above space where traditionally they have done so without penalty and to explain why (if it is now an offence) public representatives and local residents have not been informed?
