To ask the Manager to report on the lack of action to secure the vacant properties in SDCC ownership adjacent to the proposed Round Tower Park & Museum site?
Several constituents in Clondalkin have contacted me with complaints that Greyhound are overcharging for bins in that the weight they are charging for is often significantly heavier than the actual weight of the bin. Can the manager assist with this issue as Greyhound are refusing to communicate with the customer in relation to the problem. Alternately, who can assist customers with this type of issue?
To ask the Manager to provide me with the following information in relation to the Neilstown Boxing Club premises?
1. Leak in Roof
2. Problems with heating system
3. The issue of lease from South Dublin County Council to the Club for premises
To ask the Manager to provide an update on the issue of antisocial behaviour in Kilcronan estate?
"To ask the Manager for a comprehensive report on safety concerns at O'Toole Bridge, Tallaght By Pass and indicating what specific actions are being taken to take the bridge into the ownership of the Council, thus ensuring its longterm safety and security?"

A constituent has to dress a skin graft wound on her son daily. A large quantity of used dressings are produced. To ask the Manager if these can be put into the black bin or is there a requirement that they would be disposed of as medical waste?
To ask the Manager for a report on the proposed pedestrian access bridge(s) from Millrace, Saggart into Rathcoole Park and also enquire as to the possibility of a similar access from Springbank?
To ask the Manager if the slabbed path at Neilstown Shops can be repaired as it has been reported to me as being dangerous, in urgent need of repair and causing a hazard. Can this be addressed? The area in question is where taxis have been parking.

That this Committee asks Waterways Ireland to consider the installation of 'cattle grid' type structure to impede horse traffic from accessing the Grand Canal Pathway (Green Route) between the 9th and 12th Lock.
As the affected resident in St Brigids Park has reported an upsurge in obstructive parking in the cul de sac to ask the Manager if any consideration been given to the painting of double yellow lines all around the cul de sac as requested by the residents association?
That the Manager arranges for immediate inspection of lands in Council ownership to the rear of St Aidan's Traveller Accommodation adjacent to the new Luas stop at Fortunestown and to the rear of Kilmartin Estate in Fettercairn alongside the Luas tracks with a view to ascertaining if these lands are in breach of any legislation relevant to Planning and Development.

That this Committee be updated on the current situation, whether works have been completed or are still ongoing with regard to the replacement of water pipes in the Rowlagh Park / Crescent area of Clondalkin where the water pipes were frozen for a prolonged period the Winter before last.
