MOTION NO. 23

MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That the Manager meets with the Clondalkin Tidy Towns Committee every two months with an ongoing agenda with issues the CTT Committee may have. Councillors should also be invited to these meetings. This will free up CTT related business and allow for other business to be submitted to ACMs. 

REPORT:

The Council has met with Clondalkin Tidy Towns on a regular basis since the formation of the group. The last meeting was with the Committee and it was agreed at the meeting at the request of the Committee that all requests would be channelled at this meeting with replies going to the Secretary and a copy to the Elected Members in the area.
