That this Council direct the Chief Executive, to allow for an additional road and/or bridge leading onto the M50 from the Stocking Avenue, this in turn would reduce the dependence on the existing road and facilitate residence living in Prospect and Airpark to exit their estates in a more reasonable time especially during morning rush hour, while allowing residence further up and in areas such as Stocking Wood, Stocking Well, Dalriada in particular, to get to schools in Knocklyon and Rathfarnham and access the M50 in better time. Future development in this area will add to the already congested roads and a relief road is now required.
