That this committee agrees that the Chief Executive should present a report for debate on the issue of footpath repair outlining what happens when a members representation request is submitted requesting repair of dangerous footpaths, how long it takes for such repairs to be carried out, and how Roads works with Public Realm where the cause of the broken footpath is overgrown trees and roots.
Given that I continue to receive a lot of queries about opening a pedestrian gap along the wall between the Alpine / Ashwood estate and the Fonthill Road, could a report be presented on this project please with particular reference to when residents might see a start to it.
That this committee ensures the timely upgrade and renovation of the boundary wall of Parkhill on the Kathryn Tynan Road.
