That this committee calls on the Chief Executive to informally consult the local communities, including councillors, surrounding the planned social in-fill housing at Dromcarra Avenue, Killinarden and St Aidan’s, Brookfield ahead of the Part 8 plans being initiated. This is with a view to ensuring that the badly needed housing can be provided as quickly as possible and also that the local community can have their say on what is going into their local area and are fully included in the process.

"That this Council agree to erect dog fouling signs on the Grange Road, Tara Hill and Longwood Estate.  A lot of parents bring their dogs to the Loreto school mornings and afternoon and there is never a day when myself and my daughter don't have to avoid dog poo. The bin at the corner of Longwood and Grange Road was one day surrounded by poo filled bags which was even more disgusting than the poo itself as they couldn't biodegrade."

"That the Chief Executive provide a progress report in relation to my motion agreed at the October 2014 LAC to close the right of way at the bottom of Liffey Close Lucan as per petition (supplied) of the residents, and which the Chief Executive agreed to follow up and report back to this LAC on suitable options, as this is a most dangerous pedestrian exit of serious concern to parents of young children in the area and a source of anti-social behaviour including house breaking in this relatively quite cul de sac?"
