"That the Chief Executive undertakes to install a footpath opposite the entrance to the Park Community Centre in Ballycullen.  It was agreed in 2007 that a footpath would be put in place opposite the entrance to make is easier for pedestrians, the elderly and mums pushing buggies to cross over from the far side of the road."
