In view of the number of horses that are being left neglected and fly grazing on SDCC parks and green spaces within Council Estates that this Council under the Control of Horses Act, 1996 initiate more effectively its regulations, penalties and bye laws.
"To ask the Chief Executive that in view of the number of horses that have been left neglected on the waste ground that is fenced in at the end of Cushlawn Park and Avenue opposite the business Park. Can the Council give some indication as to what this land will be used for. The residents at this stage have had enough of the illegal dumping there?"
