INDEXATION OF DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION SCHEME
That this Council consider the opportunities there are to use Council land for park & ride schemes and the possibility of availing of National or European funding to do same. What is the policy and strategy of this Council on park and ride facilities for the county going forward?
"This Council has passed a budget with an allocation for traffic calming. In the past, this allocation has been used to provide ramps. This ACM asks that that allocation be used to fund more extensive traffic calming proposals in the areas suffering the most; as an example Beechdale & Ferncourt Estates."
