"The residents of Daletree Close have a persistent problem of rocks being thrown into their back gardens from the back of the community centre in Daletree Place. I attach a picture of the stones and rocks that are regularly being lobbed over the wall. The issue was investigated by the Council last year with a view to increasing the height of the wall, but it was decided that the wall was not sturdy enough. As this is happening on Council property that the Chief Executive re-investigate the issue with a view to erecting a free-standing fence?"

Could the Chief Executive provide information on the number of school wardens that were recruited in 2017 and what the recruitment plans, in 2018, for this vital service may be?
"The Brookfield Youth and Community Centre is back functioning in a very limited capacity. To ask the Chief Executive who is working in the BYCC to take care of the daily upkeep and maintenance? Is this person a council employee and what is their title and duties?"
"To ask the Chief Executive if a meeting has been called with the residents of Brookfield to form a new Board of Directors for Brookfield Youth and Community Centre to ensure it's return to business. If this hasn’t yet happened, when will it happen?"
Could a copy of the Chief Executive submission to the EMRA's Regional Spatial & Economic Strategy be provided to all Councillors and can he make a statement on the matter?
How many homeless families are being accommodated in hotels or other temporary accommodation? How many children under the age of 18 are included in those families?
To ask the Chief Executive how many requests for Planning Enforcement were made in 2017, broken down by electoral area?
"To ask the Chief Executive what discussions have taken place with Knocklyon Utd in regard to the proposal for housing adjacent to their pitch and clubhouse?"
"To ask the Chief Executive as a number of residents have asked a question in relation to the lands off St. Comcille's way behind Knocklyon Utd. clubhouse. It seems to be the collective wisdom that when planning was granted by An Bord Pleanala for a planning application - possibly Woodstown Village, it was on the basis of the land behind Knocklyon Utd. clubhouse was to be kept as Class A public open space for the area. Could the Council confirm if there was any ABP decision which identified this land as public open space?"
To ask the Chief Executive whether residents at homeless hubs are allowed to use facilities to prepare their own meals, given reports that some tenants are being asked to pay fixed sums each week in return for cooked meals and not allowed access to kitchens.
To ask the Chief Executive whether the Abberley is a Local Authority homeless hub as designated by the DRHE, and who therefore is responsible for maintenance and management.
"€70,000 was budgeted this year for fixes to the Firhouse Road between Ballycullen Road and the Spawell Link Road. If €70,000 is being spent on the upkeep of this road, could parking bays like those on Tolka Valley Road (pictured) be considered. Given the number of children that train on the Ballyboden St. Enda’s pitches in Dodder Valley Park and given the trouble the neighbouring estates have with inconsiderate and illegal parking, could the Chief Executive consider similar parking bays as part of the planned fixes for the Firhouse Road."
That this Council support the new HSE Quit campaign that helps smokers quit for good and to ask the Chief Executive if there are any actions the Council can do to promote this worthwhile endeavour.
That this Council requests the Chief Executive to initiate a variation to the Development Plan to alter the zoning matrix for the RW (Retail Warehouse) zoning by making ‘Shop Neighbourhood’ open for consideration and by the insertion of ‘Specialist Forms of Retailing’ as open for consideration.

"In view of the serious amount illegal dumping that is taking place on waste ground behind Kilmartin Avenue at the junction of Cheeverstown Road and Katherine Tynan Road, that the Council would consider giving this land over to the community.
If given over to the local community it could be used as a walled community garden comprising of allotments and raised beds for fruit and vegetables and more importantly Community spirit and a sense of pride in their location and Council area.
By allowing ownership for a period of time to the community it could become a strong preventive measure for what has become very costly, illegal dumping."

• Immediate investment to address critical deficits in neurology staffing, including neurologists, specialist nurses and health and social care professionals to recommended levels.
• Targeted long term investment in neurology services to support implementation of the Neurology & Epilepsy Models of Care.
• Dedicated resources to support the development of clinical pathways for headache, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and rare and genetic neurological conditions
