At the ACM in January the Public Realm programme for 2026 included an upgrade to the roundabout at Woodstown/ Ballycullen Road. Could the Council provide detail on the following please? 1. Can a drawing be provided on what is intended for the roundabout? 2. Provide a report on how the works will provide for safer crossings here 3. When are the works are likely to take place and the expected duration of the works?

That the Chief Executive acts on previous motions to this ACM which seek a natural low level boundary to the running track in Dodder Valley Park.
That the Manager have the brier hedge at the backwall of (Address Provided in Osprey Park, Templeogue D6) cut back which are growing over the wall into their garden. The hedge is in the grounds of Tymon Park. Also, could the trees be trimmed as well. The briars are growing up the lower branches of the trees.
That the Manager have the large trees on both sides of Whitechurch Abbey at Grange Park Rathfarnham removed. Also, the trees at the rear of (Address Provided in Grange Park). The leaves that shredded from these trees caused the flood drain at the junction of Whitechurch Abbey/Grange Park to be blocked during the recent flooding. At present twigs and small branches from these trees are blocking the flood drain. The trees could be replaced with smaller trees that shred less leaves.

This Committee notes in the aftermath of heavy rains the number of potholes in the Rathfarnham / Templeogue / Firhouse / Bohernabreena area have increased substantially. This Committee requests the Council to prioritise resources in relation to pot hole repairs and road upgrading.
That this Council furnishes clarity on how long the upcoming works by Uisce Eireann on the Main Street, Rathfarnham Village will take, what impact the works will have on parking and traders, and what measures will be put in place to alleviate same
This Committee requests that Barton Drive (Grange Road - Rathfarnham) road up to the shops is included in the next works programme for upgrading and that interim works are undertaken to repair potholes and damage to the road following the recent heavy rains.
That this Council carries out necessary repairs to the road and footpaths on Main Street Rathfarnham as soon as possible after Uisce Eireann has completed its work as conditions are now hazardous and, in the interim, notifies the appropriate 3rd party of the need for the immediate repair of the service cover/utility cover as per attached photo
