In view of the fact that Castletymon Library has consistently achieved the highest footfall of customers in recent times, this Committee calls on the Manager to modernise the signage and lighting on the front of the Library building and to refurbish the paintwork.

That this Committee receives a report on the plans contained within the NTA Draft Cycle Network Plan for the Greater Dublin Area relevant to the area under its remit, including (i) existing routes, (ii) designed routes and (iii) future routes.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the replacement of the damaged railings and ramp in the vicinity of 196 Killinarden Estate which is a pedestrian route for residents from the bus stop on the N81 into Killinarden Estate which was damaged by a stolen car recently.
