To ask the Chief Executive how many voids are there in the county broken down by LEA

That the Council urgently invest in footpath repair along Ballyboden Road (both sides) from the junction at Ballyroan Road to the junction at Taylor's Lane. There have been a number of serious injuries due to the trip hazards along this stretch of road over the past number of months.
To ask the Chief Executive to outline the procedure/s in place for access to each of the public parks under the care of SDCC, after closing hours, and in the event of emergency vehicle call-outs.
"Could the Manager please advise this Area Committee as to when construction will commence on Brady's Field and if a Contactor has been appointed for the St Aongus infill?"
"Could the Manager inform this Area Committee if there is a plan in place to address the following issues in Tymon Park. The Mayors stone on the Arena Road is overgrown by weeds and needs cleaning up. The footpath to the left of the Bridge on the Arena Road needs resurfacing, as the current surface is a trip hazard. The small pedestrian bridge over the Poddle at the Arena Road end of the Park needs to be resurfaced. There are numerous benches around Tymon Park, on both sides of the M50, that need remedial works as there are exposed bolts and missing seats. Could signage for Public Toilets be erected at the Tymon side of the Park?"
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the retrofitting programme, including how many units have been completed in 2021/2022 and how many will be completed in 2022?
Childhood Development Initiative (CDI) Presentation
That this council agrees to implement/support a street art / mural project under the bridge area on the Adamstown Link Rd that has become the site of continuous graffiti. And that this project undertaking will represent Adamstown and its residents, whilst promoting it's multicultural community in a positive and colourful way.
To ask the Chief Executive to provide a statement on renovation works of a vacant council property at (Address Provided), Whitechurch - to state how long this property has been vacant, what works are taking place and when this property should be available for social housing? A photo of the property is attached.
To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the proposed Heritage Centre in Tallaght. The report to include who will own and manage the centre, whether staff will be directly hired and which forum will be used to develop and economic and financial aspects.
To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the allocation of housing for age friendly housing to include, expressions of interest made and offers made by location
To ask the Chief Executive the number of housing rent accounts in arrears less than €1,000, between €1,000 & €5,000, between €5,000 and €10,000, between €10,000 and €20,000 and number of accounts in arrears greater than €20,000?
To ask the Chief Executive how many housing tenancies have been terminated due to rent arrears or anti-social behaviour by South Dublin County Council, and if a statement is available please?
To ask the Chief Executive would he liaise with Clondalkin Autism Parents Support Network -(CAPS Network) in assisting them with JAM cards and looking at ways of promoting this Important initiative across our LEA?

That this committee supports Clondalkin Autism Parents Support Network (CAPS Network) and requests that the roads section looks at where Blue parking spaces can be put in for parents of children with additional needs to make parking easier near community centres, public spaces etc.

That this committee supports Autism Friendly Communities and requests that SDCC meet with groups such as Clondalkin Autism Parents Support Network (CAPS Network) in charting how Clondalkin area can become an Autism Friendly Community and contact AsIAm to come up with a plan to look at how we can achieve this? and the need to set up a working group to make it happen!
To ask the Chief Executive for an update report on the playspace in Knockmitten that needs upgrading and to ask would he consult with the Clondalkin Autism Parents Support Network (CAPS Network) to see how their children's additional needs could be met? To also ask the CE to look at the water features that are no longer working and replace these or reinstate them ?

That this committee supports and welcomes the Clondalkin Autism Parents Support Network -(CAPS Network) and on their behalf writes to the Minister for Education and Minister for disability to ask for a report into how many special school places are in place in the Clondalkin LEA and how many Additional special school places are also being planned for the LEA? also to ask the report to indicate when these will be delivered to address the shortfall of places needed? Also, to ask How many additional special needs classrooms are planned for the LEA and how many are in place?
To ask the Chief Executive are there plans for a quiet time allocation in our play spaces throughout the county for children with a disability and to ask would he consider seeking out ideas/feedback on this from groups such as the Clondalkin Autism Parents Support Network -(CAPS Network) etc on how this could be achieved?
