That the Council urgently invest in footpath repair along Ballyboden Road (both sides) from the junction at Ballyroan Road to the junction at Taylor's Lane. There have been a number of serious injuries due to the trip hazards along this stretch of road over the past number of months.

"Could the Manager inform this Area Committee if there is a plan in place to address the following issues in Tymon Park. The Mayors stone on the Arena Road is overgrown by weeds and needs cleaning up. The footpath to the left of the Bridge on the Arena Road needs resurfacing, as the current surface is a trip hazard. The small pedestrian bridge over the Poddle at the Arena Road end of the Park needs to be resurfaced. There are numerous benches around Tymon Park, on both sides of the M50, that need remedial works as there are exposed bolts and missing seats. Could signage for Public Toilets be erected at the Tymon side of the Park?"

That this committee supports and welcomes the Clondalkin Autism Parents Support Network -(CAPS Network) and on their behalf writes to the Minister for Education and Minister for disability to ask for a report into how many special school places are in place in the Clondalkin LEA and how many Additional special school places are also being planned for the LEA? also to ask the report to indicate when these will be delivered to address the shortfall of places needed? Also, to ask How many additional special needs classrooms are planned for the LEA and how many are in place?
