Given the success of North Clondalkin football soccer clubs & the promotion to higher divisional leagues, that this Council supports the provisions to ensure that there are adequate dressing room & shower & toilet facilities, & that the infrastructure criteria are met for the appropriate leagues guide lines. Please note league games take place Saturdays & Sunday's.

That the Manager investigate the possibility of providing a pedestrian footpath from Kew Park to the old Celbridge Road to facilitate residents who wish to take this route to Lucan and to include in his report the timescale for completion of the project.

That this Committee notes that the Government is a minority provider of capital finance for swimming pool construction projects,and  that the Council itself will provide, from its own resources,  about  two thirds of the finance for the construction of the Tallaght Pool and the reconstruction of the Clondalkin Pool, resolves to pursue a Swimming Pool for Lucan project in the absence of a Government scheme for local authority pools, and, noting the recent statement by An Tanaiste that she regards a Lucan Swimming Pool as a priority project, requests the Manager to bring forward a project proposal for a Lucan Swimming Pool to the full Council.

In response to representations from residents in the Oatfield & Wheatfield Housing Estates concerning on-going anti-social behaviour displayed by some private tenant's & the irresponsible attitude of some landlords, I move that this Council acts in conjunction with the P.R.T.B & Revenue Department to ensure that all landlords in the area are registered & tax compliant.
