This site is the focus of anti-social activity and due to the presence of a main sewer cannot be built on. Contact has been made with the Developer who has informed me that this is a matter for the Council to deal with. Any such disposal of the land could contain a clause stating that due to the presence of the main sewer no development can take place on the site?"
