To ask the Manager to report in detail on the pending closing off of the open space between house nos. 14 and 16 Palmerstown Lawn. Following my earlier representations the boundary wall with the cemetery at this location was reinstated as part of this closing off of this open space process. This small piece of land could be Incorporated into the gardens of the adjoining Residents if agreement could be reached through consultation with the Residents as one option that may assist in resolving the matter and at the same time allowing the Council access to the lands if needed, as was arranged with other Residents in Palmerstown Lawn, Close and Green in the case of the former Road Reservation. The completion of these works will also be of benefit in enhancing the Palmerstown Court Estate in general.
