To ask the Manager to convey compliments to the Litter Warden and cleansing staff for the excellent response to complaints about dumping on the back lanes in Palmerstown and to ask for a report on the number of times the Council have had to remove material that had been dumped in laneways in Palmerstown since June 2009 and to make a statement on what measures can be put in place to eliminate this unhealthy and irresponsible practice.
