That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide details of how many one, two and three bed units are to be made available for allocation for social and voluntary housing at the two on site developments on the John of God's and respond sites at Springfield.

That this Council Committee, recognising the difficulties caused by the unprecedented weather conditions and conscious of the serious build up of litter on roads and in estates throughout the area, calls on the Manager to give a report on what new measures he/she proposes to take to urgently tackle the unacceptable level of litter and does it in involve working in conjunction with resident groups and other like minded individuals to remove this material.
That this Committee strongly objects to the lack of a street cleaning programme in Clondalkin Village over the entire Christmas holiday which resulted in litter bins overflowing with rubbish and requests that there is a schedule in place to cover holiday periods in future.
That this Committee asks the Manager to reinstall all Litter bins in Tallaght South that were removed over the last couple of years and not replaced due to HR issues.
That this Council Committee calls on the Manager to outline what steps, if any, have been introduced since 2009 and 2010 to facilitate residents' access to water in low pressure areas and apartment and duplex buildings like Ard Mór during water shortages and stoppages.
