That the Manager would present a report on the current status of the pipe replacement programme at Rowlagh Crescent, Clondalkin. In the light of the fact that residents were left without water for prolonged periods during last year's snow, what action has been taken to ensure that the same doesn't happen again. If the money is not there to proceed, can an application be made to central government to fund this most necessary work.

That the Manager could present an up to date report on works that are planned for the upgrade of the N81. When is the funding likely to be available to proceed with this project.
That the Manager presents a report on the regulation of shopfronts in Clondalkin Village. There is particular concern about a garish pink shopfront on Main Street and a horrible digital sign on a phone repair shop in the same street. These are an affront to the historic village centre and would not be tolerated elsewhere. Is there any regulation of shopfronts?

To ask the Manager to replace the (twice) promised missing St. Patrick's Avenue road sign, having waited patiently for the sign for the last 9 months? The sign was removed almost 1 year ago and has still not arrived, I will be available to show staff where sign is to be placed.
