"That the Manager contact the builder at Stockingwell to have him remove the builder’s hoarding surrounding the unbuilt site at Stockingwell. There are many children now playing on the road because there is no green area to play in. Could the planners contact the builder to have the hoarding removed and the area grassed over until the proposed Park at Stocking Wood is built."
