That this Area Committee passes a resolution requesting the planning authority to propose the making of a Tree Protection Order pursuant to Section 267 of the Planning and Development Act 2024, when commenced, (otherwise pursuant to Section 205 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as applicable) in relation to the principal mature trees and interconnected woodland associated with Cypress Grove House, Templeogue, on the basis that it is expedient in the interests of amenity, heritage, and the environment, and is in accordance with Policy NCBH11 of our current County Development Plan.
That this Area Committee requests the Council to investigate and look at developing an Autism - Disability hub in the Clondalkin LEA , as part of this that the Council liaise with Clondalkin Autism Parents support group and other local groups-services.

That this Area Committee asks the Chief Executive to examine the provision of an accessible outdoor gym/strength-training facility in Newcastle, comparable to the recent installation in Rathcoole Park, and to include the proposal in the draft Public Realm Improvement Works Programme for 2027, having regard to Newcastle's rapid population growth and the absence of any equivalent local gym facility.
